This software is used by Sting's support team to remotely gain access to your computer. Your support contact at Sting will direct you to which connection to choose.

With this software we can remotely see and control the system to help us in assisting you with your computer.

Running this program will not install any software on your computer and will not expose your system to any other users. You can close the connection at any time by right clicking on the icon in the taaskbar and hitting close. Also, once the remote control session is complete, the software will exit and no longer allow access to your computer.
